BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
President Mike Lyons called the meeting to order at 7:08 p.m.

Minutes of the February Board Meeting were reviewed and approved as corrected.
TREASURER'S REPORT:
The treasurer's report for February 28, 1994 was approved. The report included funds made
available for designated projects.
CORRESPONDENCE: Donna Jones
Donna Jones reviewed the material received in the mail. The miscellaneous correspondence was
passed around during the meeting.
FUND RAISER: Bandito Dave Lyerla
Tickets for the musical Bandito at the Mark Taper Forum are still available. Twenty-six (26) have
been sold, sixty-two (62) are waiting to be sold. Seats must be pre-sold by April 1st.
