The minutes of the April 22, 1985 Board of Directors Meeting were approved aa
corrected.

Total income tor April $24.3.7.3, expenditures $1,696.57. Checking account
0 balance $7,09]..99, Core Savings account $7 ,85.3.80, Valley Federal Savings
$6,516.59. Total cash on hand $21,462.JS.
Karen said an audit is needed and she is teying to get the auditor to start on it•
She also has to see the auditor to change the fiscal year.
CORRESPONDEiU
Corresponding Secretary Jean ioloods wrote a thank you note to Supervisor Mike
Antonovich for pictures and to Blue Barrel for the dumpster they donated
during the revitalization project. Tom suggested Dave McGraw be sent a
letter of thanks for the labor he provided May 22 in painting the baggage room.
Jean reported that Eric Roug, who has done a lot of carpentry for the society,
is ia the hospital. She will send him a note.
Betty said t.he Society received notice inquiring if we had an7 objections to the
administrator appoidted to the Lavonia Stern estate. The Society is mentioned
in her will. Th~re was discussion of pu.tting her name on a plaque.

Cynthia Beal-Harris reported we need docents for Sundays at the Station. Tom
said we need a docent t:re:t,d ng progru to get people interested in volunteering.
Michelle will put a notice in the newsletter asking for volunteers.
