Color photocopy loaned in January 2019 by Charles F. "Fred" Cullen Sr. and his son Charles F. "Chuck" Cullen Jr., resident owners of the Lady Linda Ranch at the mouth of San Francisquito Canyon. The now-20-acre Lady Linda Ranch (previously 80 acres) was part of the larger Ruiz Ranch that had been settled in the mid-1800s by Ramon Perea.

Fred Cullen is the second husband of (Lady) Linda M. Dominguez Cullen. Lady Linda was the daughter of Francisco Dominguez (of Piru) and Guadalupe Ruiz Dominguez. Guadalupe was the sister of Enrique "Henry" Ruiz (b. March 5, 1864) and of Martin Ruiz, the Newhall innkeeper.

Rosaria Ruiz (b. Aug. 15, 1875), Henry's wife, was a daughter of Ramon and Antonia Perea.
