Combine harvesting on the Newhall Ranch (Valencia area), 1895-1905.

Source information from the California Historical Society also identifies this as the Norfelt Ranch in Newhall; it's possible that Norfelt was the name of a leaseholder. Most of the farming on the Newhall Ranch at this time was done by tenant farmers.
