  • Oak hardwood flooring (1" strip)
  • Front and back (kitchen) porches are add-ons
  • Hideaway ironing board in kitchen; other original built-ins (cabinets etc.) removed by previous tenants
  • Large grated opening (peephole) in front door
  • Lightly remodeled in 1950s (bathroom, weatherproofing; kitchen sink & cabinets; probably the stucco finish)
NEIGHBORHOOD: Single- & multi-family residential. Subject property is one of two homes sandwiched between apartment buildings. Older SF homes are across the street.
