Betty Pember, 1980 Santa Clarita Valley Woman of the Year and founding president of the Friends of Hart Park and Museum, with her father, W. Lloyd Houghton, local artist, raconteur, jazz aficionado and, in the 1920s, owner of the Hap-A-Lan hall at Market Street and Railroad Avenue where Betty was born.

5x7 photo, inseparable from broken glass frame, apparently due to exposure to fire/heat. Undated; probably shortly before Houghton's death in January 1983. Back is blank.
