Summer 1994 — Thunder clouds threaten as construction of the William S. Hart Union High School District's fourth comprehensive high school nears completion — 19 years after the third high school (Saugus) opened. Both the fifth and sixth schools (Golden Valley and West Ranch) would come 10 years later.

Located at the intersection of two new streets — Dickason Drive, named for Jim Dickason, and Smyth Drive, named for Clyde Smyth — Valencia High School opened September 9, 1994, with ninth and tenth graders.

Unknown, but appears to be a group of prospective students and parents. Click image to enlarge.
