out to board members present. If you were not there, please contact Patti Ra-;mussen for your
copies.

Membership Report - Betty reported as of March 24th 223 new or renewed memberships
received. Approximately 10 brought in tonight.

Dispatch - Saturday, March 30th dealine for April Dispatch.

Public Relations - Phil Scorza reported taping Wednesday, march 27th with Carol Rock to
advertise OTD. Program will air 2 or 3 times a week.
A 2ft wide by 30 ft long canvis sign was found "SCV Historical Society". Will be placed on San
Fernando Road during OTD.

Gift Shop - Cynthia Neal Harris questioned who was in charge of gift shop. Someone is needed.
If you would like to volunteer, please call Carol.
Angi Wong, author, who came to drive the golden spike sent a new book to Cynthia Neal Harris.
Cynthia would like to place in gift shop. SCVHS will get %.

NEW BUSINESS

Public Access - Questioned Phil Scorza on the availability of his videos. "Can they be sold?"
Phil would like to put videos together for sale. He also mentioned the hour special he is putting
together on the life of Jerry Reynolds .

. Jerry Reynolds - a hat was passed around to directors to pay for Jerry's flowers.

Nominating Committee - Don Wilke handed over nominating committee records. A new
chairman is needed. Thanks for the wonderful job you have done, Don.
