BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
APRIL 25, 1994

President Mike Lyons called the meeting to order at 7:25 p.m.

The April 25th Board Meeting was preceded by a superb chili supper prepared by Kevin Rasch
and his family. Delicious com bread and soft drinks were also served. If you did not attend the
0 meeting, be sure to be present at the Board's next "Chili Cook OfP'.

Our guest Ken Rasch, who comes from Iowa, has been engaged in fund raising pro_jects. S.A.S.
or Single Action Shooting can be a fund project as well as a fund raiser. He would like for us to
try out some of these ideas.

HARRY CARRY RANCH:

The mixer party to be held at the Harry Carey Ranch will be moved from May 8th to May 14th.
Mr. Tim Collins will be sending out invitations with pertinent information.

FUND RAISERS:

Dave Lyerla reported that the Cowboy Poetry Music and Film Festival was successful. We
netted $1213.34.

Carol Rock spoke about possible future fund raising events to be held at the V aluzat Ranch.
There could be all day events that might feature B movie star; a catered evening dinner dance in
the hall with beer and wine served; a Chili Cook Off; even a Trade Show. Parking for future
events is being worked out.
