             Betty  Pember  seconded  by  Laura  Mehterian  to  accept  minutes  as  corrected.

              May  16.     188  tickets  have  been  sent  out.
                     Adobe  pins  and  buttons  ~ill  be  sold  at  Old  Town  Days  Celebration
              and  donations  will  be  requested.
              BOARD  APPOINTMENT:          Betty  Evans  asked  for  apprtival  of  the  appointment
              of  Jim  Didrickson  to  the  board  to  replace  one  of  the  board  members
              who  cannot  serve.        Betty  Pember  moved,  Cynthia  seconded  that  the
              board  ratify  the  appointment  of  Jim  Didrickson  to  the  board  of  direc-
              tors.  Carried.
